A Chino Valley, Arizona couple has been arrested for the abuse of a young boy, who was allegedly restrained, burned and beat.
On Thursday afternoon, police responded to a report of a child who had stopped breathing. According to a press release from the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, a 10-year-old boy was found with second and third degree burns on different parts of his body. He was bruised on his back, torso, neck, head, and extremities. He was not breathing. First responders were able to perform lifesaving treatment to the child and he was flown to a children’s hospital where he was in critical condition.
